Have you made enough scarves? Would you like to make a hat, an infinity scarf, or a cowl? Are you familiar with knit and purl but are looking for what's next? Join us for the next step on your knitting journey! In this 3 hour class you'll learn to knit in the round on circular needles and well as on double point needles. In addition, you'll also learn decreasing as you knit in the round.

We'll be practicing the techniques on a small skein of yarn you'll receive in the class. After you learn the techniques you can start working on your very own hat using Maxima from Manos del Uruguay! Maxima is a soft, beautiful, hand-dyed Merino from our friends at Manos del Uruguay, a certified Fair Trade yarn from a Women's Cooperative in Uruguay.

By talking this class, you'll receive:
1 skein of Manos Maxima in your choice of color
Enough yarn to use in the class to learn the techniques
A free hat pattern

What you'll need to bring:
16” US 8 circular needle
US 8 double point needles
Stitch markers

Prerequisites:
You should be able to cast-on, knit, purl, and bind off without assistance.

We strive for the best in customer service. We'll ship as quickly as we can, typically the same day we recieve your order. If there's an issue with inventory or availability, we'll let you know right away and we'll work with you tofind the best way to resolve any issue we may have with your order.

We're fiber fans, so we know dye lots, yardage, and quality matter, so we do our best to make sure you're getting your yarns from the same dye batch or dye lot. Obviously, in the case of hand-dyed yarns there can be varience from skein to skein, but we do our best to send you compatible skeins.

We feel our prices are reasonable and fair so that you get the best value and we can continue to be here for you.
