The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders ship by USPS and are a flat rate of $7 and no charge above $75 in products!.
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1 - 2 business days of receiving your order. If there is a problem we will contact you via email as soon as we can.
Please be sure your email is correct on your information so that if there is ever a question about your order, we can contact you! Our primary mode of contact is typically email. If that fails, or it's urgent, we'll also try and call.

Sales tax of 7.25% will be added to all orders shipped to a California address.

Returns and Exchanges
Yarn can look different on different computer monitors! We’re trying to say that matching the red of your project to the red on your computer will result in a lot of frustration. Also, we sell a lot of hand dyed and artisan yarns and they will change from batch to batch. We urge you to make sure you’re purchasing enough to complete your project. 

-Non-sale yarn may be exchanged for store credit up to 30 days from date of purchase. Contact us for return authorization before you mail your yarn back to us. We will issue a store credit when we receive your yarn.

The yarn must be in new, truly unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging, unwound, smoke free, no pet hair, wine stains, you know - the usual. Yarn purchased at a discounted price may not be returned or exchanged.

-Special order yarns are not returnable.

-Books, Patterns, Needles, Notions, Hand Made items and sale items are non-returnable.

-Sale items are not returnable.
